No no, you can do crunches until your blue, pink, or red in the face but if you don't improve your eating and drinking habits there will be no change in the way your belly looks. I know, I know it sucks! But it has great reward in the end, less belly fat means less chance of heart disease, less belly fat normally means less lower back pain, and lets face it less belly fat means better fitting clothes. So now that i have given you the real "trick" on how to get that ever so desired beach belly, its time for you to make that change. Throw out those sugary desserts and cereals, eat more veggies and fruits then meats and definitely make water your drink of choice and then once you have shed some body fat crunches will be needed and you will be Abs-solutely fabulous!!!

Abs-solutely!!
Ive asked many of my clients over the years, whats the main part of your body that if you could snap a finger, it would look exactly like the cover of a fitness magazine! And the No. 1 answer! Stomach, belly, midsection, core, or abs!!As you can see there are many different reference names to the one area of the body that sets people apart from the Fit and the Unfit. The "abs" as I like to refer to it as, is not such a well liked area to work (especially by my clients), but the most desired to obtain, and I tell people, believe it or not the work doesn't come from your workout.

Why is fitness important to You?
Hello everyone! My name Is Mikael and I am a personal trainer located in N.J. pondering on the simple question above!. Why is it important to you? Fitness that is. I got into this business for many reasons but the top on the list was to look and feel good, i'll be honest!. Second reason, to help those around me to feel the same way, friends family, even strangers! never thinking it was what i was actually meant to be doing with my life! Now 7 years later here I am still doing my "passion and purpose" not exactly where I would like to be in the industry but still striving. I am now asking why is it important to others? Vanity or Health? a little of both is normal but in order for me and my company to prepare the next "evolution" I need some great deep thought or shallow answers! lol.. Thanks!
